This beautiful, double-sided A1 calendar highlights over 130 handpicked international and national awareness days, weeks, and months for the environment. It is a powerful resource to educate and inspire all of us, to come together for the planet. Featuring 145 hand-painted original watercolour images by Naarm (Melbourne) artist Claire Mosley, plus a bonus art print on the back.
The UN has designated 2024 as the International Year of Camelids. The 2024 artwork on the back of our Sustainability Calendar, highlights the diversity of Camelids. Explore the wonderful world of camels, llamas, alpacas, vicuñas and guanacos, and the important role they plan in protecting ecosystems functions and food security.
We triple checked all dates with partners before going to print. Even so, we can’t control if partners change their mind about event dates after we go to print. We will notify customers of any unexpected changes should this happen.

The Sustainability Calendar was developed for early childhood educators and teachers in Australia. However, we believe it will be a useful resource for any Australian school teacher, organisations that support early learning services and schools, environmental educators, people in marketing roles, and parents/carers of young children.
Our calendar is printed in Carrum Downs, Victoria on thick, smooth FSC®️ Mix Certified paper (licensed code FSC®️ C010628). This ensures that all virgin pulp is derived from well-managed forests and controlled sources. Manufactured by an ISO 14001 certified mill.
Please reuse the calendar. It is double-sided to extend its life cycle of use. Come the end of the year, you can turn the calendar over to the other side to display the stunning art print by Claire Mosley, reuse it as wrapping paper, or use it in a fun activity with children.
The calendar is also fully recyclable and compostable.
Reconciliation is an important value we stand by. The Little Sprouts Sustainability Calendar promotes reconciliation and encourages exploring sustainability through Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives and connections. It is important that educational services and children develop meaningful connections with Traditional Owners, and care for the land and water of the area they are based. Our Sustainability Calendar promotes and acknowledges the role Australian Traditional Owners have played for thousands of years and continue to play, in Caring for Country.
Claire Mosley is an environmental educator and watercolour artist, who paints and draws on Wurundjeri Country in Naarm, Melbourne. You’ll often find Claire outside, where she feels most alive, sketching the places she inhabits, noticing the skies, the waterways and the flora and fauna within it.
Claire’s vibrant, perceptive, and playful art invites us to open our senses and look closer at the wonders in nature around us. Claire believes the best way to encourage future generations to care about the environment is to inspire curiosity about the natural world.

The Sustainability Calendar is a print only, non-editable file. No frame or wall hangers are included. If you would like to pair the calendar with our popular wooden magnetic wall hangers, please add this to your order.
The calendar is carefully rolled in protective paper and packaged in a sturdy postage tube designed to protect your product. The postage tube can be reused or recycled. For further information, see our Shipping page.
