We carefully inspect our products before sending to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.
All sales are final. Please review your order carefully as we do not refund or replace items for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are only considered if the item purchased is faulty or was lost/damaged in transit.
An email confirmation is sent to you after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.
Little Sprouts Program will not be responsible for lost or returned orders due to inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer. Where an order is returned to us under these circumstances, the customer will be charged an additional fee to ship the order a second time, regardless of the order value.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items for any fault or damage, and if needed, initiate a return as soon as possible through our online form. We must be notified within 10 days from receipt of the item for a refund or exchange to be considered. Photo proof is required so we can investigate the issue further. Please use registered post with the address provided to you by email when sending items back to Little Sprouts Program (at your own cost). If your return item gets lost in the mail, we may be unable to process your refund or exchange. Returns and refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will inspect items upon return and notify you of the outcomes (exchange or credit to the same method of payment excluding additional freight charges).
